johnphl when you see a band you hadn't heard of open for a band you like in 2016 or 2017 and enjoy their music and then 7 or 8 years later they put out an album that precisely scratches the musical itch you've been yearning for recently. great instrumentation, melodies, and harmonies forming into catchy beep bops with an emotional touch. can't recommend enough. Favorite track: Fragile.

Noticing 03:01
Just put your hand on my cheek and I'll restart Remember it for me Remember it wholesale Cause I can't get the picture of the picture of the memory Yeah, out of my head Just like the first time I try to think about it And I need you to tell me that you'd notice me Just like the first time And tell me that we'll always be like the first time Cause even from a different state I'll always hear you say Yeah, my name, my name, my name Linked with no touch Linked with no touch I blush from a small touch I don't I don't ignore it I won't ignore it Yeah, I need you to tell me that you'd notice me Just like the first time And tell me that we'll always be like the first time Cause even from a different state I'll always hear you say Yeah, my name, my name, my name My name, my name, my name My name, my name Try to remember what it was like Try to remember what it was like Try to remember what it was like My name

At this point, it would take more than another year of painstaking work to complete the album It would consume over 10,000 hours building and equipping his own studio Never thought I'd feel like a kid again I was just 24 I stopped driving now Still feeling whiplash Up up and down the coast 60,000 miles will teach you, teach you 60,000 miles will teach you Teach you how to do it right 60,000 miles will teach you Teach you how to do it right Teach you how to do it right Teach you how to

enemies 02:40
Took the evening to myself, use the morning to re-center Always fuzzy, I'm still buzzing Just buzz me in, just buzz me in I don't think I've had time to think in a while Cause time is relative and all this time is closing in on me My enemies are getting back to me, my enemies Baby hairs grow on my cheek, let's take this week by week yeah Un-stuck in time, duck under it now Yeah, yeah I crossed the street, now I'm not looking Just buzz me in, just buzz me in I don't think I've had time to think in a while Cause time is relative and all this time is closing on me My enemies are getting back to me My enemies are getting back to me If there were no gravity, for instance If we all lived in outer space, as we will one day um, your face would never change you'd always look how you look right now

Because right by my side you feel so nice Right through my eyes you look so good How could I ever miss you I don't know yet what I do want, but I know I love you a lot Every day I feel it, I'm happy that I'm stuck on you Happy that I'm stuck, happy that I'm stuck, happy that I'm stuck on you

Fragile 03:31
I had my walls up, all locked in Came at me like a truck Flooding back all of it at once It's too much to handle If not handled with care Fragile when you look at me straight on Solid till I'm with you, then I dissolve With you I dissolve I start to take a breath, the air is so heavy Fragile is the man I want to be Fragile is the man I want to be Open up the map, the X marks the spot on the way back Dip my toes in, feel the earth split Open up the map, and watch for the turn with the speed trap Ease my toes up, make this worth it Fragile when you look at me straight on I'm solid till I'm with you, then I dissolve With you I dissolve I start to take a breath, the air is so heavy Fragile is the man I want to be

I walk with my head up, I walk with my head down I hope nothing else falls from the sky today I look to the left, yeah, I look to the right now Waiting Waiting for a sign in the basement of the poor authority I'm still waiting for a sign, waiting for a sign I'm still waiting for a sign, waiting for a sign

Shell 07:22
We live in the greatest planet we could ever want It has everything You're doing all that at the house with minimal equipment Yeah, not gonna catch me at no big studio, homie No Nope Yes one one two, yes two two four Lately I've been waking up with my heart racing Yes one one two, yes two two four The phone has been the antidote for months Don't worry about me, one day I'll replace my shell Yes one one two, yes two two four Cause two and two is four but after that I'm not too sure Yes one one two, yes two two four After that I'm not too sure Yes one one two, yes two two four Yeah, yeah Don't worry about me, one day I'll replace my shell One day I'll replace my shell Yes one one two, yes two two two two two two

Moon 03:18
Planted firm in the middle of the doorway At least I've started to sway, yeah, at glacial pace I'm still this, still that I'm on track I'm on track Is this it? That's the key One digit at a time I'm starting to glow I'm paranoid Is this it? That's the key It's obvious, I'm radioactive My brain is vast and in- Is this it? That's the key It's my time, I've had enough Yeah puzzle pieces in the trunk Is this it? That's the key One digit at a time I'm starting to glow I'm paranoid Is this it? That's the key It's obvious, I'm radioactive My brain is vast and infinite The net is vast and infinite Yeah, vast and infinite Run, run Ignore it, ignore it Run, run Ignore it, ignore it Run, run Ignore it, ignore it Run, run Ignore it, ignore it
